احتياطات وتعليمات عند أخذ العينات
لضمان سلامة عيناتك والحصول على نتائج دقيقة للتحاليل، يرجى الالتزام بالاحتياطات والتعليمات التالية الخاصة بتجميع العينات لهذه الأختبارات  :
  • مزرعة بول: : يشترط غسل اليد والأعضاء التناسلية بالماء والصابون وتطهير فتحة البول بالمطهر (الديتول) - ثم نغسل مرة أخرى بالماء لإزالة المطهر الزائد-  ثم نفرغ الجزء الأول من البول في دورة المياه ويجمع الباقي في الإناء المعقم الذي يوفره المعمل كما يفضل الامتناع عن أحد المضاد الحيوي لمدة 48ساعة لكي نعطي للميكروب فرصة للنمو كما يفضل أن تكون فترة حضانة البول داخل المثانة من 2ساعة إلى 6ساعات، 
  •    ( في حالة إرسال العينة من المنزل يجب أن تصل إلى المعمل في خلال ساعتين على الأكثر حتى لا يموت الميكروب أو يزداد العد البكيتري –  كما أنه يكتب على Job Order أحضرت العينة من المنزل ).
  • أخذ عينة بول 24 ساعة: يقوم المريض بإفراغ المثانة كاملة في المرحاض ويقوم بتسجيل الوقت في ذلك الحين - ثم  - يقوم بتجميع أي بول بعد ذلك في زجاجة مناسبة نظيفة وجافة وكافية للتجميع ويستمر تجميع البول إلى نفس الوقت الذي تم فيه بداية التجميع من اليوم التالي ويحفظ البول في الثلاجة لحين إرساله إلى المعمل.
  • بول 3 أيام متتالية يعمل هذا التحليل للكشف عن ميكروب الدرن في 3عينات لأن الميكروب من الممكن أن يظهر في عينة ولا يظهر في عينة أخرى
  • دهنيات الدم: يشترط الصيام من 12-14ساعة وذلك لاكتمال امتصاص الدهون بالدم وثبات نسبتها
  • سكر صائم: يشترط الصيام من 6-8ساعات وذلك لاكتمال احتراق السكر وأخذ النسبة والمريض صائم .
  • سكر بعد الأكل بساعتين:يرجى البدء في حساب ساعتين من بدء وجبتك وأخذ أي أدوية إن احتجت لذلك، مع الحرص على الانتهاء من تناول الطعام خلال 10 دقائق على الأكثر (وعدم تناول أي شيء لحين تقديم عينة الدم الخاصة بك). برجاء التفضل بالحضور إلى المعمل قبل 15 دقيقة من موعد التحليل.
  • بصاق 3 أيام متتالية:يرجى تجميع أول بصاق في الصباح بعد الغرغرة بالماء عده مرات وقبل الأكل،ولن نقبل عينات اللعاب. ويجب تسليم العينات كل على حدة في نفس اليوم. قد ترغب في الاستعانة باستنشاق بخار الماء الساخن في الصباح لتسهيل عملية جمع العينة.
  • بول الحمل  : يفضل أول بول في الصباح حيث أن  هورمون الحمل يكون أكثر تركيزاً- مع الإقلال من تناول السوائل مساء اليوم السابق للتحليل - حتى لا يخف تركيز الهرمون إذا كانت النتيجة سلبية نقترح إجراء اختبار الحمل عن طريق الدم لأن هذا الاختبار أكثر حساسية.
  • مسحة من القضيب : يتم حجز البول لمدة ساعة قبل إجراء الاختبار حتى يكون مجرى البول جاف تماماً لنتأكد أن الميكروب الموجود من القضيب وليس من البول. ؛
  • تحليل السائل المنوي: يشترط الامتناع عن الجماع أو حدوث الاحتلام لمدة 3-5أيام متتالية وذلك حتى لا تتأثر الكمية كما يفضل إعطاء العينة في المعمل مع الاهتمام بوضع النقط الأولى من المني وذلك لأن هذه النقط بها 3/4عدد الحيوانات المنوية أما إذا أحضرت العينة من المنزل لايجب ان يمر عليها أكثر من 20دقيقة
  • مسحة أمراض النساء: هذه العينة بموعد سابق ويشترط عدم الجماع لمدة يومين حتى نتأكد أن الميكروب أخذ فرصته للنمو مع الامتناع عن المضاد الحيوي لمدة 48ساعة
  • مزرعة براز: يشترط وصول العينة إلى المعمل في خلال ساعتين على الأكثر لأن هناك بعض الميكروبات التي تموت بسرعة ولا تقبل عينات في بامبرز أو علب من الكرتون لأنها تمتص السوائل من العينة والجفاف يقتل الميكروبات ويفضل الامتناع عن المضاد الحيوي لمدة 48ساعة - وإذا أحضرت العينة من المنزل يكتب ذلك على   Job Order..
  • تحليل البراز للدم الخفي : يمتنع المريض لمدة 48ساعة عن تناول جميع أنواع اللحوم الحمراء أو الكبدة أو الفجل أو أدوية الروماتيزم أو أدوية تحتوي على الاسبرين أو فيتامين ج أو الكورتيزون أو الحديد كما لا يسمح بأخذ ملينات   
  • تحليل (PSA): يمتنع المريض 10أيام قبل إجراء التحليل عن إدخال منظار أو قسطرة أو فحص شرجي للبروستاتا لأن هذا سوف يؤثر على نتيجة التحليل إلا إذا كان هناك رأي آخر للطبيب المعالج فيدون ذلك على  Job Order
  • تحاليل "HIAA" و"VMA" و"Catecholamine" و"HydroxyProlene":قم بتجميع عينة بول 24 ساعة (كما هو موضح أعلاه) في زجاجة خاصة يقدمها المعمل. ويرجى الامتناع خلال الـ48 ساعة السابقة للتحليل عن تناول أو ابتلاع أي شاي أو قهوة أو بسكويت أو فانيليا أو برقوق أو أفوكادو أو أناناس أو باذنجان أو طماطم أو موز.
  • أدوية الربو (الثيوفيلين): يؤخذ الدواء لمدة 5أيام بانتظام وذلك بهدف الوصول بالدواء لمستوى ثابت بالدم ويشترط عدم القيء أو الإسهال لمدة 48ساعة قبل إجراء التحليل لأن ذلك سوف يؤثر على الجرعة وبالتالي مستوى الدواء بالدم ، تؤخذ عينة قبل أي جرعة لحساب نسبة الدواء في أقل مستوى (Trough ) ثم تؤخذ عينة أخرى بعد تناول الدواء بـ 2ساعة (تختلف من دواء إلى آخر) لحساب أعلى نسبة للدواء في الدم (Peak) وذلك حتى نتأكد أن الجرعة المؤثرة دون الوصول إلى التسمم الدوائي
  • أدوية مضادات الصرع: يؤخذ الدواء لمدة 5أيام بانتظام وذلك بهدف الوصول بالدواء لمستوى ثابت بالدم ويشترط عدم القيء أو الإسهال لمدة 48ساعة قبل إجراء التحليل لأن ذلك سوف يؤثر على الجرعة وبالتالي مستوى الدواء بالدم ، تؤخذ عينة قبل أي جرعة لحساب نسبة الدواء في أقل مستوى (Trough ) ثم تؤخذ عينة أخرى بعد تناول الدواء بـ 2ساعة (تختلف من دواء إلى آخر) لحساب أعلى نسبة للدواء في الدم (Peak) وذلك حتى نتأكد أن الجرعة المؤثرة دون الوصول إلى التسمم الدوائي
  • مزرعة أو إفرازات غدة البروستاتا:التحليل يكون بالحجز فقط. يجب على المريض الامتناع عن التبول لفترة من الوقت قبل الخضوع للتحليل، كما يُستحسَن عدم أخذ أي مضادات حيوية خلال الـ48 ساعة السابقة للتحليل.
     *******  في حالة التحاليل التي تتطلب صيام المريض، يمكن شرب الماء في أي وقت.






Precautions and instructions when taking samples
To ensure the safety of your samples and obtain accurate results of the analyzes, please adhere to the following precautions and instructions for collecting samples for these tests:
• Urine farm: It is required to wash the hands and genitals with soap and water and to disinfect the urine opening with disinfectant (Dettol) - then wash again with water to remove the excess disinfectant - then we empty the first part of the urine in the bathroom and collect the rest in the sterile container provided by the laboratory. It is also preferable to refrain from One of the antibiotics for 48 hours in order to give the microbe a chance to grow, and it is preferable that the incubation period of urine inside the bladder be from 2 hours to 6 hours,
• (In the case of sending the sample from home, it must reach the laboratory within two hours at most, so that the microbe does not die or the bacterial count increases - as it is written on the Job Order. I brought the sample from home).
Taking a 24-hour urine sample: The patient empties the bladder completely into the toilet and records the time at that time - then - he collects any urine after that into a suitable clean, dry, and sufficient bottle for collection, and the urine collection continues until the same time that the collection started from the next day. Urine is kept in the refrigerator until it is sent to the laboratory.
Urine for 3 consecutive days This analysis works to detect the tuberculosis microbe in 3 samples because the microbe may appear in one sample and not in another
• Blood fats: fasting is required from 12-14 hours, due to the complete absorption of fats in the blood and the stability of their percentage
• Fasting sugar: fasting is required for 6-8 hours, for the burning of sugar to complete and taking the percentage while the patient is fasting.
• Sugar two hours after eating: Please start counting two hours from the start of your meal and take any medications if needed, making sure to finish eating within 10 minutes at most (and do not eat anything until you present your blood sample). Please, kindly come to the lab 15 minutes before the time of the analysis.
Sputum for 3 consecutive days: Please collect the first sputum in the morning after gargling with water several times and before eating. We will not accept saliva samples. Samples must be delivered separately on the same day. You may want to use steam inhalation of hot water in the morning to make sample collection easier.
• Urine for pregnancy: The first urine in the morning is preferred, as the pregnancy hormone is more concentrated - with less fluid intake in the evening before the analysis - so that the hormone concentration does not decrease if the result is negative. We suggest a blood pregnancy test because this test is more sensitive.
• A swab from the penis: urine is reserved for an hour before the test is performed until the urethra is completely dry to make sure that the existing microbe is from the penis and not from the urine. ;
Semen analysis: It is required to abstain from sexual intercourse or the occurrence of a wet dream for a period of 3-5 consecutive days so that the quantity is not affected. It is also preferable to give the sample in the laboratory with attention to placing

The first drops of semen, because these points contain 3/4 the number of sperms, but if the sample is brought from the house, no more than 20 minutes must pass by it.
• Gynecological swab: This sample is done with an earlier appointment and it is required not to have intercourse for two days in order to make sure that the microbe took its opportunity to grow while abstaining from the antibiotic for 48 hours
• Fecal farm: The sample must arrive at the laboratory within two hours at the most because there are some microbes that die quickly and do not accept samples in Pampers or cardboard boxes because they absorb liquids from the sample and dehydration kills the microbes and it is preferable to refrain from the antibiotic for 48 hours - and if the sample is brought from The house writes that on the Job Order.
• Stool analysis for occult blood: the patient refrains for 48 hours from eating all kinds of red meat, liver, radish, rheumatism drugs, or medicines containing aspirin, vitamin C, cortisone or iron, and it is not allowed to take laxatives.
• PSA analysis: the patient refrains from inserting an endoscope, catheter, or rectal examination of the prostate for 10 days prior to the analysis, because this will affect the results of the analysis unless there is another opinion of the attending physician, so they do so on the Job Order
• HIAA, VMA, Catecholamine and HydroxyProlene: Collect a 24-hour urine sample (as described above) in a special bottle provided by the laboratory. Please refrain from consuming or swallowing any tea, coffee, biscuits, vanilla, prunes, avocados, pineapples, eggplant, tomatoes or bananas during the 48 hours preceding the analysis.
Asthma drugs (theophylline): the drug is taken for 5 days regularly, with the aim of reaching the drug to a stable level in the blood, and no vomiting or diarrhea is required for 48 hours before the analysis is performed because this will affect the dose and thus the level of the drug in the blood. Trough level, then another sample is taken 2 hours after taking the drug (it varies from one drug to another) to calculate the highest percentage of the drug in the blood (Peak) in order to make sure that the effective dose is without reaching the drug poisoning
Antiepileptic drugs: the drug is taken for 5 days regularly, with the aim of reaching the drug to a stable level in the blood, and no vomiting or diarrhea is required for 48 hours before the analysis is performed because this will affect the dose and thus the level of the drug in the blood. A sample is taken before any dose to calculate the percentage of the drug at the lowest level ( Trough), then another sample is taken 2 hours after taking the drug (it varies from one drug to another) to calculate the highest percentage of the drug in the blood (Peak) in order to make sure that the effective dose is without reaching the drug poisoning
• culture or secretions of the prostate gland: the analysis is by reservation only. The patient must refrain from urinating for a period of time before undergoing the analysis, and it is also advisable not to take any antibiotics during the 48 hours preceding the analysis.
     ******* In the case of tests that require the patient's fasting, it is possible to drink water at any time.
